ADVICE. Hey, so i just took the REX-PN exam today, and it shut off at 90 questions. Kinda stressed since it is the minimal amount to pass and I felt like I knew NOTHING. I know numbers don't matter, but it still makes me anxious. Took the NCLEX yesterday, cut off at 85 and got the good pop up. I didn’t think it was too bad. Most of my questions were stand alone and only a handful of SATA. The case studies were all straight forward and not too difficult.
